Common questions
Is my API key safe?
Yes. API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored. The plaintext key is never saved to the database and is only decrypted server-side when executing a trade.
Which exchanges are supported?
RidgeAlgo currently supports Bybit, Binance, OKX, Bitget, and BingX — all with perpetual futures. More exchanges are on the roadmap.
Do I need to code anything?
No. Everything is configured through the dashboard. You only need to paste the webhook URL into your TradingView alert.
What's the difference between strategy and indicator webhooks?
Strategy webhooks pass the quantity from your Pine Script directly. Indicator webhooks use a fixed quantity you set in the payload — useful when your strategy doesn't output a position size.
Can I use demo trading?
Yes. Free plan users get full access to demo (paper) trading on all supported exchanges. Upgrade to Pro to enable live trading with real funds.
How does the promo pricing work?
