RidgeAlgo provides trading automation tools that connect TradingView alerts to supported exchanges. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

We may collect account information such as your email address, authentication details from Clerk, subscription details, support messages, and technical usage data. If you add exchange API keys, they are stored in encrypted form and used only for authorized trading actions you configure.

We use your information to operate the service, authenticate your account, process subscription access, execute webhook-driven trades, provide customer support, improve product reliability, and protect the platform from abuse or fraud.

Exchange API credentials are treated as sensitive data. RidgeAlgo uses encryption and server-side handling to reduce exposure. You are responsible for configuring exchange permissions appropriately and for rotating keys if you believe they have been compromised.

Subscription payments may involve blockchain transaction data and internal payment records. We use this information only to verify payments, activate subscription time, and maintain account records.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers and service providers that help us run authentication, hosting, analytics, database, and support operations.

We keep data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate RidgeAlgo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records.
